Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone national park is one of the best places to visit in the USA during summer. It provides an eclectic mix of vibrant colours and definitely a treat to your city sore eyes. It is America’s oldest national park.
Being one of the largest national parks in the US it houses a dormant super-volcano along with hundreds of hydrothermal features like geysers, hot springs, mud pots, and fumaroles.
You can plan to go hiking on the jungle trails and explore the rich wildlife and other geological features like yellowstone river, shoshone lake and snake river.
You will need to buy a park pass at the entrance as well as online. You can choose from the various park pass options eg. a seven days pass or an annual pass to Yellowstone or an all parks pass that will get you into every national park in the country.
Be aware that while 50 percent of the park receives cell phone service, the network is low.
Grand Canyon National Park
Grand Canyon National Park got its name from the Grand Canyon which is an extensive canyon system cut by the Colorado river. The canyon is famous for its rock formations and coloration.
There are many activities that can be done at the canyon to make your trip a memorable one. This includes sunset safari, helicopter tour ride and of course hiking!
Antelope Canyon which is a part of the Grand Canyon is one of the most instagrammable places. You can find beautiful rock cut formations in ochre ombre hues. The sandstone formations are made up of two sections, upper and bottom layer and each of them is equally beautiful and mesmerising.
One can reach the grand canyon via South Rim and North Rim. no permit is required for day hikes but in case you plan on camping overnight, you must obtain a backcountry permit.
Lake Superior is the largest freshwater lake in the world. It is gigantic. So much so that you will be travelling through two time zones, and three states in the US. It shares its border with both the US and Canada.
There is a reason it is called Lake Superior. Did you know that the water from the lake could drown the entire US?

It is the best location in the southwest as it is located between some of the best places to visit. It is only a couple of hours from Zion national park, Grand canyon and Sierra Nevada.
While staying in Vegas, you can always come back to treat yourself with good food and drink after a full day hike and trail in these canyons.

The tropical islands of Hawaii are renowned for their breathtaking beauty filled with beaches and forests and rich cultural heritage.

Hawaii is such an outdoor place, either hiking or surfing or snorkeling above its coral reefs. Other famous sights include, NaPali coast, waikiki beach etc.

Just like Vegas has its party image, Seattle is known for its music scene. This place is home to pop culture and gave Nirvana to the world.

Denali National Park
Alaska is by far one of the quietest and coldest inhabited places on the earth.
It also has the largest coastline.
Denali national park is the third largest national park in the US and is famous for its breathtaking landscapes and majestic mountains. It is also home to a number of rivers and lakes and lookout points for tundra wildlife.
It is one of the best places to visit in the US during summer as it is cold almost all year long in this region.
